COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS

Safety is one of our core values that guide us everyday. Keeping our family safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic is a commitment we do not take lightly. Our priority is the safety of those we care for, their families and our team. With more and more loved ones being removed from group settings, there are no better hands to guide them than ours. With our years of experience we offer valuable insights into the best way to care for our family throughout this stressful time. Rest assured we are closely adhering to the evolving CDC Covid-19 Guidelines, following all safety precautions including:

For Caregivers

Conducting bi-weekly screening and wellness status checks
Enforcing CDC guidelines on social distancing, hygiene and international and domestic travel
Any team member with a reported symptom will have to undergo a Covid-19 test and be removed from the household immediately to follow 14 days of isolation. You will be notified, and an interim team member will be provided.

For Clients

Regular wellness checks with clients and family members to ensure that they remain symptom free.
To minimize Covid-19 exposure, we are strictly limiting the number of clients each caregiver visits.
Caregivers will always wear masks and gloves in the household.
We sanitize everything we come into contact with before leaving.
